Stallholder Vendor applications must be made through this page, using the form below. No other form of application will be accepted.

PUBLIC ENTRY: 10.00am to 4.00pm

WHERE: JARRAHDALE OVAL,

MILLARS ROAD, JARRAHDALE

Stallholder & Vendor Set-up & Dismantle times

SET UP:
SATURDAY 28^th SEPTEMBER 8.00am to 4.00pm

or SUNDAY 29th SEPTEMBER:

Food Vendors: 5.30am to 7.00am

Other Stallholders: 7.15am to 8.30am

DISMANTLE:

SUNDAY 29^th SEPTEMBER 4.15pm to 6.00pm

Stallholder & Vendor Rates

COMMERCIAL FOOD VENDORS:

(Preference will be given to vendors offering healthy food choices).

Small commercial vendor 4m x 4m including tow hitch …………………….. $325
Large commercial vendor – 8m x 4m including tow hitch …………………. ….. $450
Large commercial vendor – 12m x 4m including tow hitch…………… …………… $700

NON-FOOD STALLS:

Small Stallholder (single site) – 3m x 3m …………………………………… ….. $80

I am a food vendor. I understand that sites are allocated on a first come first served basis and that preferance is given to vendors serving healthy food options. I would like to reserve:

8m x 4m site (inc' tow hitch) - $450.00
12m x 4m site (inc' tow hitch) - $700.00
